COGNITIVE FEATURES

PHYSICAL SIGNS

  • Loss of consciousness/Impaired consciousness
  • Poor coordination or balance
  • Concussive convulsion/Impact seizure
  • Gait unsteadiness/Loss of balance
  • Slow responding to questions or directions
  • Easily distracted, poor concentration
  • Unusual or inappropriate emotions
  • Nausea/vomiting
  • Vacant stare/glassy eyes
  • Slurred speech
  • Personality changes
  • Inappropriate or significantly decreased playing behavior
